1. The first thing you need to do is send us an email support@nationalrtap.org letting us know your ready to "Go Live With Your Website". You will also need to provide us with the web address you will be using.
2. We will set up the servers on our end to accept your domain name & send you an email when ready.
3. You will need to log into your Domain Name Register (this is the company you pay an annual fee to host your website ADDRESS). You will need to make sure the DNS (Domain Name Servers) are pointing at the host company (this is the company that you use to register and pay for your domain name.
4. Update the "A" record to point to this IP address: 216.198.164.68
5. Once you have completed steps 3 & 4, email us at support@nationalrtap.org to let us know. We will complete the process on our end.
If you have any issue with this, or would like us to do this for you, please provide:
1. The Company you have your domain name registered with (Example: GoDaddy, Hostway etc.)
2. The Username and Password to log into this account.
